Description
Dayforce is hiring a Staff Developer to set the technical direction for its Intelligent Implementation Workspace, an AI-native platform that uses agentic systems to support customer implementations across Workforce Management, Payroll, Core HR, and Benefits. The role owns product or platform areas end-to-end, designs agent orchestration and evaluation infrastructure, builds reliable distributed production systems, establishes engineering standards, and leads cross-functional technical decisions. Strong recent backend software development experience, preferably with C# and .NET, plus experience with agentic systems, evaluation frameworks, harness engineering, observability, and frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript are valued. The position is remote-eligible and includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
