Lightning AI is hiring a Staff Developer Advocate to serve as a technical champion and strategic partner for AI builders. The role creates educational technical content, engages with AI/ML and developer communities, advocates for customer feedback with Product and Engineering, speaks at technology events, mentors junior advocates, and develops testing frameworks. It requires 10+ years of relevant experience, deep Python and AI/ML framework expertise, strong public speaking and storytelling skills, and the ability to travel. The anticipated annual base salary is $190,000–$230,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
