Dayforce is seeking a Staff Developer to lead the technical direction for the Intelligent Implementation Workspace, an AI-native system designed to streamline customer implementation processes. This role involves defining the engineering foundation of an AI-native product, owning a product area or platform surface end-to-end, and focusing on system-level problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building agentic systems, leverages AI to enhance execution, and possesses strong backend development skills.
