Description
Dayforce is hiring a Staff Developer to set the technical direction for its Intelligent Implementation Workspace, an AI-native platform that uses agentic systems to support customer configuration, data migration, and testing. The role owns product or platform areas end-to-end, designs orchestration and evaluation infrastructure for reliable, grounded, auditable model outputs, leads high-risk technical delivery, and drives distributed-system reliability and production readiness. Candidates should have hands-on experience building production agentic systems and software, preferably with C# and .NET, plus backend, distributed systems, observability, and technical leadership experience.
