Buildkite is hiring a Staff DevRel to serve as the technical educator, advocate, and signal-capture engine for its CI platform. The role focuses on building dev-first demand and education programs, creating credible technical content and proof artifacts, gathering and routing product feedback, and nurturing developer champions and advocacy pathways. The candidate needs genuine technical depth, strong public judgment, and the ability to teach, demo, debug, and influence platform direction while working cross-functionally with Product, Support, Brand, GTM, Sales, and Dev Events in a remote-first environment.
