Adara Living is hiring a Staff Development & Infection Prevention Nurse to lead staff education and infection prevention and control programs in a 200+ patient long-term care facility in Broomfield, Colorado. The role develops and evaluates training, monitors infection surveillance data, investigates outbreaks, ensures regulatory and accreditation compliance, and advises multidisciplinary teams on infection control policies and best practices. The position requires an unrestricted United States RN license, at least three years of clinical nursing experience, infection prevention knowledge, and BLS certification; CIC certification, staff education experience, a relevant master’s degree, EHR familiarity, and quality improvement skills are preferred.
