Emerald Nursing and Rehab Lakeview is hiring a full-time salaried exempt Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist in Grand Island, Nebraska. The role develops and coordinates employee orientation, ongoing in-service education, competency checks, and training records; supports the Director of Nursing, quality assurance and performance improvement activities, customer service training, and facility infection control tracking and trending. Candidates must graduate from an accredited registered nurse or licensed practical nurse program, hold the applicable Nebraska license, and have Basic Life Support certification; long-term care experience is preferred.
