Visier is hiring a Staff DevOps Developer to own the platform and integration layer for its internal AI transformation initiative. The role involves designing multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, writing production Python, building API integrations, developing RAG retrieval and Model Context Protocol servers, implementing Terraform and CI/CD, integrating data-warehouse and AI-assistant capabilities, and establishing security, monitoring, and cost-governance controls. The position requires 7+ years of software development and platform/DevOps experience, offers a fixed hybrid schedule with three office days per week, and provides a Canadian base salary of $130,000–$180,000 plus bonus.
