IonQ is hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer for its Quantum Platform Network Security Engineering Team. The role owns the software-factory roadmap and architecture, including CI/CD pipeline platforms, pipeline security, release engineering, dependency and supply-chain security, internal developer platforms, infrastructure-as-code, security operations, and agentic automation. The position is based at IonQ’s Santa Clara, California office with a few days per week remote, up to 25% travel, and requires 8+ years of production engineering experience. The disclosed base salary is $152,000–$228,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
