Description

Sia is hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer for its AI Factory product team in Mumbai. This senior individual-contributor role owns the architecture, scaling, reliability, CI/CD, security, cost governance, and multi-cloud platform foundations for AI-driven products and internal platforms. The engineer will work hands-on with AWS, GCP, and Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, observability, release strategies, and incident response, while also mentoring senior engineers and influencing platform strategy across teams.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 8–12 years of experience in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering
Experience operating at Staff or Principal-like scope with multi-team and platform-level impact
Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure
Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster design, scaling, and security
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or similar
Experience with monitoring and observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki
Understanding of networking, IAM, secrets management, and cloud security fundamentals
Experience owning triage, incident decisions, and conducting root cause analyses
