Description
The Staff DevOps Engineer will serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce DevOps, owning deployment pipelines, release governance, environment management, source control, and operational excellence across a complex multi-org Salesforce ecosystem. The role leads Copado administration, CI/CD and Azure DevOps practices, production support, troubleshooting, and long-term DevOps maturity initiatives while partnering with engineering, architecture, QA, infrastructure, security, and business teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 8 years of software development or DevOps experience, and 5+ years of enterprise Salesforce experience, with a primary work location in Stuart, Florida and an annual salary of $117,800 to $188,600 USD.
