FlexAI is seeking a Staff DevOps/SRE Engineer to lead their infrastructure strategy, implement SRE best practices, and develop robust systems for large-scale AI workloads across distributed, multi-cloud environments. The role involves designing and evolving the infrastructure backbone, leading Infrastructure-as-Code with Pulumi, owning Kubernetes clusters, building CI/CD pipelines, implementing observability with VictoriaMetrics and Grafana, and ensuring security and resilience. This engineer will collaborate with various teams, guide infrastructure decisions, mentor others, and contribute to a sustainable and inclusive AI ecosystem.
