Red Ventures is hiring a DevSecOps Engineer to own security posture, compliance automation, cloud security, vulnerability management, CI/CD security gates, infrastructure-as-code, and self-service security tooling. The role requires 8+ years of security, DevSecOps, or platform/infrastructure engineering experience, strong cloud and Terraform skills, and experience building an in-house security function. It is open to remote or hybrid candidates in the East Coast, with hybrid work centered on the New York or Charlotte offices, and offers $150,000–$225,000 in total cash compensation plus medical, dental, and vision benefits.
