Renesas is hiring a Digital Design Engineer for its Power Management IC team to design complex automotive PMIC chips. The role covers digital RTL, mixed-signal design flow, synthesis, timing analysis, P&R coordination, test-bench creation, gate-level simulation, behavioral modeling, design documentation, and cross-functional verification. Candidates need 5–11+ years of digital design experience, a bachelor’s degree, synthesizable design knowledge, industry-standard EDA tool experience, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
