Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Design Engineer to design, analyze, and physically implement digital and analog circuits for NAND memory products. The role owns top-level integration, partitioning, pin optimization, global routing, block-level physical design, and full-chip or large-partition assembly, while collaborating with product engineering, test, probe, process integration, assembly, and marketing teams. Candidates need at least five years of digital physical design experience, including one full tapeout, along with strong static timing, physical verification, synthesis, and flow-automation skills. The US base salary range is $145,000 to $246,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision plans available.
