Description
Form Energy is hiring a Staff EHS Engineer to support daily environmental, health, and safety operations at its Berkeley, California facility and nearby project sites. The role manages EHS programs and training, leads risk assessments, job hazard analyses, pre-startup safety reviews, HAZID and HAZOP reviews, industrial hygiene, safety committees, emergency response, incident investigations, and root-cause analysis, and promotes a strong safety culture. The position requires at least seven years of EHS experience, expertise in EHS regulations and battery engineering or testing, and strong project management and communication skills; relocation assistance is available.
