Description
The Staff Electrical Engineer works on project teams to develop electrical designs for new projects, alterations, and redevelopments across power, process, industrial, healthcare, airport, institutional, commercial, government, and military facilities. The role covers electrical design from concept through completion, production drawing review, component design, CAD updates, client presentations, shop drawing reviews, contract administration, field inspections, measurements, and calculations. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related ABET-accredited program plus three years of electrical engineering experience, or an engineering technology degree with FE exam completion and three years of experience; a master's degree with two years of experience is also listed. Consulting experience is preferred, and the role requires strong engineering, communication, computer, CAD, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
