Description
Form Energy is hiring a Staff Electrical Engineer to lead the full lifecycle of PCBA design and validation for its battery technology. The role covers requirements generation, component selection, schematic and layout development, design release, vendor DFM, bring-up, verification, configuration management, and sustaining, while ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance for high-power and hazardous systems. The engineer will collaborate with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, system engineering, and test teams and support troubleshooting and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or a master's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, along with extensive PCBA and electrical-systems design experience.
