Description
Ford is hiring an EE Staff Hardware Engineer to architect, implement, and validate electrical boards for its upcoming universal EV platform, including on-vehicle and off-vehicle components. The role covers schematic and layout design, bring-up and reliability testing, rapid prototyping, system integration, and electrical architecture guidance for JDM and OEM partners. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, at least 10 years of board-design experience, Altium eCAD experience, contract-manufacturer and OEM experience, and technical leadership experience; automotive, systems, Python, C/C++, and validation experience are preferred.
