Shield AI is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineer to support the architecture, subsystem, circuit, embedded-system, and fielding development of a next-generation autonomous aircraft system. The role leads hardware design and integration, owns circuit selection and verification, coordinates with cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and mentors teammates. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of industry experience as an Electrical Engineer, strong technical fundamentals, and a record of shipping products in fast-paced hardware development environments.
