WHOOP is hiring a Staff Electrical Engineering Lead to lead electrical development across its wearable hardware platform. The role manages and mentors electrical engineers, acts as a technical lead for hardware programs, and owns electrical architecture, low-power mixed-signal design, reliability, manufacturing, cost reduction, supplier collaboration, and root-cause investigations. It requires an electrical engineering degree, at least 8 years of relevant experience, strong analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal expertise, and experience leading engineering teams. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts, with relocation support, and offers a U.S. base salary of $175,000 to $215,000 plus equity and benefits.
