Shield AI is hiring a Staff Electrical Systems Advance Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing engineering for complex aerospace and defense electrical systems from prototype through full-rate production. The role covers process development, tooling, wiring harnesses, PCB/PCBA assemblies, avionics, power systems, batteries, sensors, integration, DFM/DFA, quality standards, root-cause analysis, supplier qualification, production readiness, and mentorship. Candidates need at least seven years of manufacturing engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and experience with prototype manufacturing and complex electrical systems.
