Axon is hiring a Staff Embedded Software Engineer to lead strategic embedded software architecture and multi-product-line engineering initiatives across body-worn cameras, in-car cameras, stationary cameras, drones, and connected devices. The role defines architectures, coordinates long-term projects, establishes software quality and scalability standards, evaluates open-source technologies, and mentors senior engineers. It is based in Seattle or Boston on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays, and offers a base pay range of USD 168,750 to USD 270,000.
