TuxCare is hiring Staff Engineers for its KernelCare and SecureChain Linux and open-source security products. The role is an individual-contributor position combining approximately 70% hands-on Python software engineering with 30% technical product ownership. The engineer will own major components and workstreams end-to-end, from requirements clarification and architecture through production delivery and ongoing reliability, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and using AI-assisted development tools.
