Nextiva is hiring a Staff Engineer – AI for an onsite role at its Bengaluru office, working onsite four to five days per week. The individual contributor will design, build, and launch scalable AI-focused engineering capabilities, services, and modules; own complex initiatives from technical solutioning through production readiness and launch; and contribute hands-on Python and distributed-systems development. The role involves NextIQ, Google Gemini, external technology partners, U.S. and global engineering teams, and NextOS, while also establishing engineering practices around scalability, reliability, observability, testing, and production readiness.
