Description
ServiceNow is hiring a Staff Engineer to independently lead the design, development, and delivery of complex AI-native and cloud-native systems. The role owns critical features and systems, sets technical direction, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates across product, engineering, and customer teams. Responsibilities include LLM and agent integrations, retrieval pipelines, vector stores, data pipelines, cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure, ServiceNow platform development, production monitoring, security, evaluation harnesses, and customer issue resolution. The role requires 10–14 years of software development experience, including 5+ years with modern cloud-native and AI-native systems, plus experience with LLMs, agent design, retrieval systems, third-party AI services, ServiceNow applications, and related technologies.
