Description
The AI Operations Engineer will ensure the reliability, governance, and adoption of AI solutions in China, focusing on Model Context Protocol and API management, Copilot Studio incident management, service operations, reporting, and user enablement. The role is purely operational and governance-focused, without active development responsibilities. It requires at least three years of experience in AI operations, SRE, or platform operations, along with hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, MCP, APIs, incident response, monitoring, and user enablement.
