Description
SentinelOne is hiring a Staff Engineer for its founding AI Platform team to lead the design and delivery of core AI platform services, including evaluation pipelines, agent and MCP infrastructure, and AI observability. The role involves architecting scalable and secure solutions, partnering with product teams, owning operational excellence, contributing to technology decisions, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need at least seven years of experience building and operating backend distributed systems, hands-on experience with LLM-powered systems, strong backend coding skills, and experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure. The role is available in Prague, Brno, or remote in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, with Prague-based employees required to work from the office at least two days per week.
