Description
Micron Technology is seeking an Analog/Mixed-Signal Layout Engineer to lead full-custom layout of complex analog and mixed-signal IP blocks, including bandgap references, LDOs, regulators, charge pumps, PLLs, oscillators, IO and PHY-related analog blocks, temperature sensors, bias circuits, and ESD protection devices. The role owns layout quality from floor-planning through tape-out, requires advanced FinFET and planar CMOS expertise, and includes DRC, LVS, ERC, antenna, reliability, and signoff activities. The engineer will also mentor junior and mid-level layout engineers, develop layout best practices and templates, and improve IP reuse and methodology.
