Description
Blue Current is looking for a Staff Engineer, Anode R&D to lead the development and optimization of solid-state anodes. The role involves mastering rheology, mixing sequences, and material selection to bridge slurry formulations to cell-level performance. The engineer will conduct experiments to assess novel materials, utilize advanced electrochemical characterizations, and analyze anode microstructure to understand long-term cycling stability and degradation. This position requires deep expertise in solid electrolytes and silicon/graphite anode chemistry, along with a strategic approach to IP management and vendor collaboration.
