Sarvam is hiring a Staff Engineer to own its model API platform end-to-end, including architecture, reliability, performance, streaming infrastructure, commercial services, observability, and integration testing. The role leads the Python-to-Go rewrite, supports audio, vision, and LLM pipelines, and partners with Inference and MLOps teams. Candidates need 7+ years of production backend experience, strong Go and Python skills, experience with high-scale distributed and real-time systems, PostgreSQL and Redis fundamentals, Kubernetes production experience, and senior independent-engineering judgment.
