Agoda is hiring a Staff Engineer in Gurgaon, India, to lead full-stack architecture and end-to-end system development for high-traffic web and cross-platform products. The role owns frontend, backend, and Backend for Frontend (BFF) components; provides technical leadership and mentorship; drives architecture and engineering standards across squads; and collaborates with Product and Design. Candidates need 8+ years of software engineering experience, expertise in Java, Kotlin, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, APIs, and middleware, with BFF and high-availability platform experience. Cloud, microservices, DevOps, Scala/JVM languages, and migration experience are preferred.
