Aircall is hiring a Staff Engineer to serve as a technical leader across engineering teams, leading complex cross-functional projects from ideation through completion. The role focuses on defining technical strategy, mentoring engineers, improving architecture, security, and DevOps practices, and building resilient Node.js and TypeScript back-end services on AWS. The engineer will also communicate technical vision across teams, understand multiple product domains, and contribute to production-quality code and system performance.
