ARM Group LLC is hiring a Staff Engineer to support land-development projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role involves preparing design drawings and technical reports, performing civil and environmental engineering analysis, coordinating permitting and regulatory approvals, supporting construction administration, and communicating with clients, government agencies, and project teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related discipline, with civil engineering knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office 365. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, an Engineer-in-Training license, Virginia stormwater experience, and experience with hydrology, hydraulics, and civil-design software.
