Binti is hiring a Staff Engineer to own cross-team technical strategy for major platform areas, lead complex infrastructure and architectural initiatives, establish engineering standards, partner with Product and Policy, resolve security and compliance risks, mentor senior engineers, and apply modern AI tooling to improve output quality and team efficiency. The role requires a track record of large-scale infrastructure and architectural leadership, experience with configurable enterprise systems, strong product orientation, excellent communication, and experience mentoring engineers.
