Description
TuxCare is hiring Staff Engineers for its KernelCare and SecureChain Linux and open-source cybersecurity products. This individual-contributor role is approximately 70% hands-on software engineering and 30% technical product ownership, involving end-to-end ownership of major components and workstreams, requirements clarification, technical planning, architecture, Python development, production delivery, reliability, and ongoing improvement. The position is fully remote with flexible hours and requires autonomy, strong communication, advanced English, cybersecurity interest, and regular use of AI-assisted development tools.
