Description
The role is responsible for implementing and maintaining statistical process control systems for module testers, generating and maintaining DV and master modules, maintaining ATC software and SPC webpages, analyzing testing failures and yield losses, developing SPC tools, supporting NPI and process validation, and ensuring tester setup, maintenance, controls, and data integrity. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, or an equivalent field, at least two years of relevant experience, and knowledge of SPC, statistical analysis, process control, and data management. It is 100% onsite.
