The client is hiring a Munich-based Staff Engineer to serve as a hands-on technical leader for an AI startup. The role combines complex cross-product architecture, core-system and infrastructure development, high-impact full-stack coding in Python, React, and TypeScript, AI and data-pipeline implementation, and engineering leadership. Candidates need at least eight years of production software development experience, strong full-stack and cloud/DevOps expertise, and the ability to work intensively on-site in Munich.
