Inductive Automation is hiring a Staff Engineer (Lead Software Engineer) to own and evolve one or more product verticals on a Kotlin/JVM, event-oriented platform. The role leads architectural direction, full-lifecycle delivery, domain and data modeling, API and framework design, deployment, operational ownership, technical strategy, and mentorship. It requires 12 years of software engineering experience, strong JVM and Java skills, distributed-systems and event-oriented architecture expertise, and SQL proficiency.
