Description
Infineon is seeking a Senior RF IC Test Development Engineer to lead automated test equipment hardware and software development for complex RF integrated circuits on the Teradyne UltraFLEX platform. The role involves developing test plans, RF characterization, DFT requirements, silicon debugging, test optimization, yield improvement, and support for new product introduction and production test readiness. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, at least five years of semiconductor test development experience, and expertise in RF IC testing, ATE development, and semiconductor product development.
