Kernel is hiring a Staff Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple engineering teams in its fintech platform. The role combines architecture, backend and frontend development, API design, distributed systems, security, performance, reliability, code reviews, mentoring, and technical strategy. Candidates should have strong C#/.NET and AWS experience, ideally with serverless architectures, along with API, distributed systems, and NoSQL expertise.
