Mira Mace is hiring a Staff Engineer to own the technical quality bar across its real-time voice AI, agentic systems, web application, and patient-care and revenue integrations. The role involves architectural decisions, build-versus-buy choices, engineering tooling and automation, reliability and observability, code and design review, production incident resolution, and mentoring engineers. Candidates should have staff-level backend or full-stack experience, production AI/ML systems experience, strong architectural judgment, and a track record of leading teams and raising standards.
