Description
The role provides technical support for end-users and application developers of a managed Kubernetes cluster deployed at the edge, while troubleshooting complex infrastructure, networking, deployment, and performance issues in cloud environments. Responsibilities include deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads, maintaining cloud-native infrastructure and platform services, supporting monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability, using Terraform and GitOps practices, and developing automation scripts and internal tools. The position requires strong cloud-native problem-solving skills and expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS or AliCloud, Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, FluxCD, CI/CD, observability tools, Python, and Bash.
