Description
ServiceNow is hiring a Staff Engineer to independently lead the design, development, and delivery of complex AI-native and cloud-native systems. The role owns critical features and systems, sets technical direction, mentors junior and mid-level engineers, and collaborates with product, engineering, and customer teams. Responsibilities include LLM and agent integrations, retrieval pipelines, vector stores, data pipelines, cloud and Kubernetes infrastructure, ServiceNow platform development, production monitoring, root-cause analysis, and customer support. The role requires extensive software development experience, modern AI and cloud systems expertise, LLM and retrieval-system experience, ServiceNow platform development experience, and strong technical leadership and communication skills. Base pay is $176,100 to $308,200 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
