Wolt is hiring a Staff Engineer for its AdTech & Promotions organization to drive technical vision and architecture for scalable, reliable, real-time systems supporting campaign execution, targeting, ranking, allocation, reporting, and advertiser-facing tools. The role provides technical leadership across multiple teams, leads large cross-team projects, ensures operational excellence, mentors engineers, and contributes to technical roadmaps. It is based in London and requires experience with large distributed systems, data-intensive or real-time systems, cloud-native tools, and strong communication and influence across global teams.
