MongoDB is hiring a Staff Salesforce Engineer to own the architecture, design, and evolution of its Salesforce CRM platform. The role combines senior individual-contributor technical leadership with hands-on solution design, integrations, platform optimization, engineering standards, production troubleshooting, modernization, and mentorship. It requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, 12+ years of Salesforce engineering or technical leadership experience in global SaaS organizations, and 2+ years directly managing engineering teams. The position also requires strong Salesforce development, architecture, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum experience, with Application Architect and System Architect certifications preferred.
