Redcare Pharmacy is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Checkout Platform to design and build a headless checkout platform from the ground up. The role combines hands-on Java backend engineering with system design, API and integration architecture, production implementation, cross-team technical alignment, and mentorship. It is a greenfield, 0-to-1 position requiring strong backend and distributed-systems expertise, senior technical leadership, and the ability to make autonomous architectural decisions.
