Description
Crusoe is hiring a Staff Engineer to own the detection and intelligence layer of its Command Center platform. The role defines heuristics, thresholds, and rules for alerting and anomaly detection; builds and scales customer-facing features, control-plane APIs, automated actions, and insights; integrates machine learning and reinforcement learning; and mentors engineers. It requires deep expertise in anomaly detection, distributed systems, production software, telemetry, and observability, with a stated requirement of 5+ years of experience. The position reports to the Engineering Manager of the CCIA team and offers compensation of up to $210,000-$255,000 plus bonus and equity.
