Description
Infineon is hiring a Staff Engineer, Component Verification for its Research & Development team. The role leads electrical characterization of semiconductor products, develops validation plans and measurement methodologies, performs bench testing and data analysis, prepares technical reports, manages characterization laboratory equipment, and drives automation and AI-based continuous improvement. The position requires an engineering degree, more than three years of semiconductor component verification or device testing experience, statistical analysis skills, laboratory instrumentation experience, programming experience with VBA, LabVIEW, or Python, and strong MOSFET and semiconductor device knowledge.
