Description
Staffbase is hiring a Staff Engineer to lead the technical direction of its data platform, including architecture, data infrastructure, streaming adoption, data modeling, governance, and delivery. The role also supports and mentors a team of 4–5 engineers, collaborates with product and engineering stakeholders, and helps shape a distributed, self-service data platform. Candidates need proven Staff Engineer-level data engineering experience, strong data-platform architecture knowledge, streaming and data modeling expertise, Python proficiency, and leadership experience or ambition.
